Henderson Villa was built by Bruce Henderson, the founder of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – one of the world’s most important management consulting firms (over 30,000 employees and 250 offices, world-wide). His wife Florence had been raised in St. Croix.
This modern two-bedroom retreat (plus a one bedroom au pair apartment) blends comfort and island charm, featuring spacious living areas, a private balcony for breathtaking sunsets, and the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring St. Croix. In the 1960’s Bruce Henderson created the famous BCG Growth Share Matrix – which is still taught and discussed at every business school on the planet! The indoor public spaces of the Henderson Villa (i.e., for living and dining) comprise over 2,700 square feet – large enough for big cocktail parties, celebrations and other gatherings. These indoor spaces can comfortably support a catered reception for up to 120 guests. When you add-in the outdoor terrace and six-acres of lawns — the sky is the limit.
